With already 200,000 customers, ONE has been able to quickly double the figure of end of April. ONE customers consume more than 200 minutes of airtime per month, which is above average.
ONE, Austria’s most modern mobile telephony provider, is growing rapidly and will reach a customer number of 200,000 by the end of June. For reasons of comparison: At the end of April 1999 ONE had 100,000 customers. ONE customers consume – calculated as an average of all pricing plans – more than 200 minutes of airtime per month. According to Managing Director Lars P. Reichelt, ONE thus lies well above the average figures of competitors. Says Reichelt, “this shows that ONE is seen as the first real alternative to the fixed line. Especially the high voice quality of GSM 1800 and our Bundesland tariff meet with far-reaching acceptance.”
