ONE is the first mobile telephony provider in Austria to open a webshop for mobile phones with a contract also. On weekdays the already activated handset is delivered to any address in Austria within 48 hours free of charge.
Orders can be placed on www.one.at around the clock, 365 days a year. The method of payment is convenient, either cash on delivery or by credit card. To ensure the handsets get to the rightful owner, the logistics partner TNT delivers the items exclusively to the person who placed the order notifying them in advance via telephone. „Only at the ONE Webshop customers get their handsets in such an easy, convenient and fast manner.“, ONE Managing Director Jørgen Bang-Jensen is convinced.

The ONE Webshop offers the most recent handset models with a brief description, the price and operating instructions. Moreover, the virtual market place also provides information on population coverage and ONE Service. For selecting the ideal handset models and tariffs, ONE offers three useful search functions:
- The „Technical Search“ provides information on manufacturers, weight or size.
- The „Mood Search“ provides assistance if the purchase decision is based primarily on considerations such as colour or design.
