Starting 29 September ONE introduces a novel loyalty programme for contractual customers: ONE FOR ME is the first online and offline customer loyalty programme. All information and offers as well as the current bonus point status can be retrieved online any time. Members gather bonus points by using mobile telephony, f-ONE or i-ONE. Many advantages such as events and discounts may also be taken advantage of irrespective of the number of bonus points accumulated.
„ONE has become renowned as the communications company with the most innovative offers. This is confirmed by more than 850,000 mobile telephony customers at the end of August, more than 50% of them are contractual customers. Starting Friday there will be yet another innovation: ONE FOR ME.“, says ONE Managing Director Jørgen Bang-Jensen.
The bonus points accumulated can be exchanged for top-quality handsets or accessories. Irrespective thereof a number of offers such as participating in competitions, taking part in numerous events and shopping discounts may be taken advantage of. „Everything can be handled via the web - from registering and retrieving the current bonus point status to doing the actual shopping,“ says ONE Managing Director Christian Czech. Customers who do not have Internet access may order by phone and receive everything by mail.
Members receive a ONE FOR ME membership card with a chip, a bar code and a magnetic stripe and have, among other things, access to particular parking garages, ski lifts etc. Membership is free of charge and currently all ONE mobile telephony customers with a contract are eligible.
The ONE FOR ME Advantages
- Surprise:
ONE offers a number of particular advantages ranging from cultural events, discounts on shopping and travelling to competitions. About 120 events and surprises per year result in a varied activity plan for each week including skiing passes at a reduced rate or a type consultation for a special price. These surprises may be taken advantage of by members irrespective of the number of bonus points accumulated.
- Specials:
Depending on the total of the ONE service bill, members accumulate bonus points they can exchange for products from the ONE FOR ME product range, among them handsets and accessories. For handsets the current first-time registration price and bonus points are charged, accessories etc. cost a ONE FOR ME membership price and the corresponding number of bonus points. The bonus points are deducted automatically, the corresponding amount in cash is charged to the next service billing. The products may either be ordered online or via call center. In addition orders for handsets can be placed in ONE Worlds and with local dealers. All products offered in the ONE FOR ME Shop will be delivered to your home, free of charge.
- Service:
The ONE service offer comprises advice on handsets in general as well as on rental handsets for America . Moreover, time and again ONE FOR ME members can exclusively test and evaluate the most recent services. The ONE FOR ME Bonus Points
With ONE FOR ME bonus points can be gathered in different ways:
- Per ATS 15,- billing amount customers receive one bonus point.
- Members get a loyalty bonus twice a year. The bonus is calculated by doubling the total bonus points accumulated over the past six months and adding them to the current bonus point status.
- Bonus points are available if customers register for particular services. For example 500 bonus points for using ONE FOR ME via web.
- A starter bonus is awarded to those who already were ONE customers prior to the launch of ONE FOR ME and register before the end of 2000. In case of those who were no ONE customers half a year prior to registering with ONE FOR ME, bills run up since activation serve as the bonus point basis. All those who have already been ONE customers for six months get their first loyalty bonus upon registration.
Information on the current bonus point status is provided to customers on www.one.at, the monthly bill or by the call center. Bonus points which are not cashed in, expire after 3 years.
Registration
Registration for the ONE FOR ME bonus programme can be undertaken in writing or online:
- All ONE mobile telephony customers with a contract will receive a registration card with a ONE FOR ME folder by mail by mid-October at the latest. This card can also be requested at the call center.
- ONE FOR ME can also be reached via the portal www.one.at, where one can register. For this purpose two passwords are necessary: on the one hand, the telephone number and the ONEnet password (the password can be received by sending a SMS with the content PWT to 177) has to be entered, on the other hand by means of a four-digit customer password, i.e. the four-digit number which has to be filled in the service registration form (will be enclosed in the letter accompanying the ONE FOR ME folder).
Comprehensive information for members – online and offline
ONE FOR ME members will receive comprehensive information:
- After registration they receive a Welcome Package, their Member Card and detailed information by mail.
- Members who do not wish to access the Internet, receive a „Surprise-Guide“, an information booklet containing all the important surprises – updated on a quarterly basis.
- On the ONE webpage members are constantly informed on the most important bonus club news.
