TAKE ONE EASYLOAD: MAKE A PRESENT OF AIRTIME CREDIT VIA SMS

Now the airtime credit recharge of pre-paid phones has become even more simple: As of August 8, 2002, ONE subscription customers may “send” airtime credit to TAKE ONE customers via SMS – around the clock, fast and cashless. The next service bill will show how much credit was given away; customers can make presents of up to € 100.- per month.

From now on parents may recharge their children’s phones any time without problems, spouses and partners can give a welcome present to their beloved: Every ONE subscription customer may simply send airtime credit of € 20.- to any TAKE ONE customer via SMS. The next service bill of the “donor” will show the credit he/she has given away. The new ONE service also works abroad, no activation or separate service password are required.

In addition to TAKE ONE Abo (also as of August 8), TAKE ONE Quickload and the recharge vouchers, ONE thus offers its customers another simple method of recharging airtime credit.

This is how it works

ONE subscription customers simply send an SMS with the TAKE ONE number to be recharged to 4320, and the recipient will then be credited € 20.- to the pre-paid account. After the phone number and a blank, the donor may also send a short text, such as congratulations or greetings, which will then be received as a separate SMS.

Upon the successful completion of the transfer, both parties receive a free SMS of confirmation within minutes. Should the recharge not have been successful, the ONE subscription customer will immediately receive a detailed error message by SMS. Per month, ONE customers can give away “presents” of up to € 100.-.

Business customers with various mobile phones and TAKE ONE Abo customers may also use this service if they give their customer password to the ONE Call Center and are subsequently activated for TAKE ONE Easyload.
