ONE reduces fee for keeping mobile number when changing provider

ONE reacts to the decision taken by the telecommunications control commission (TKK, Telekom-Control-Kommission) and effective immediately charges churning customers a reduced cancellation fee in the amount of Euro 15,-. Together with the fee for the basic customer inquiry (so-called NÜV-Info) in the amount of Euro 4,- keeping the number when changing provider incurs total costs of Euro 19,- for the customer concerned.

“Our new, adjusted fee for number portability in the amount of Euro 15,- meets the requirements established by the regulatory body“, comments ONE CEO Jørgen Bang-Jensen the decision.
