Christian Boldrino new Head of ONE Worlds

Since June 2005 Dr. Christian Boldrino (39) has been the new Head of ONE Worlds. Boldrino has been working with ONE since 1998, and in his previous position as Head of Customer Care he was responsible for the two ONE Call Centers in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt.

With Christian Boldrino (39) ONE has appointed an employee who has been ONE from the very start as Head of ONE Worlds. ONE has a network encompassing a total of 45 fully owned shops all over Austria employing a total of approximately 200 employees. “The ONE Worlds are the face to the ONE customer and play a decisive role in achieving our objective of becoming the number 1 among Austrian mobile telephony operators when it comes to service,” explains Boldrino. „In future we will further develop our shops’ design in order to give our customers an even better overview of our products and services. The customers are supposed to feel at home and the visit to a ONE World has to become an experience.”

Boldrino, who majored in sports psychology, started his career with ONE in July 1998 in Sales, where he was responsible for rolling out the first 20 ONE Worlds. Then he joined Market Operations prior to becoming Head of the ONE Call Center in 2000. Under his guidance the ONE Call Center employing around 250 employees, became one of the best rated Call Centers in all of Austria.

He is a marathon aficionado as well as an experienced judo instructor, divorced and has two sons.
