Michael Kickinger new Head of Customer Care of ONE

Since 1 July 2005 Michael Kickinger (35) has been the new Head of Customer Care and thus responsible for the two ONE Call Centers in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt. Kickinger has been with ONE for two years, and managed the Vienna Call Center in his previous position.

Michael Kickinger (35) is the new Head of Customer Care of ONE. In this position, he manages the two ONE Call Centers in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt, employing a total of 260 staff members.

He has been working in ONE customer care since 2003 already. In the last couple of years he has been characterised above all by giving impetus in developing and optimising a customer and employee-oriented environment. “To reach highest possible customer satisfaction and service quality,“ Kickinger names his most important objective. “In order to become the number 1 on the Austrian mobile telephony market in terms of service, the processes of individual customer care as well as training and developlment of employees have to be further optimised.“

The graduated economist started his career at ONE in July 2003. Before that he worked for Lauda Air and the Austrian Airlines Group. Following his position as Head of Customer Care Private, he became the Head of the Customer Contact Center Vienna in January 2005, where he was responsible among other things for developing and implementing servicing strategies.

Travelling is the most favourite passtime of Kickinger, who is married and has two kids.
