www.one.at with even better service / ONE Cockpit now “customer care”

ONE has restructured and intensified the Internet service area. Under the heading “customer service” ONE customers conveniently take care of their personal handset settings.

Be it the current bill, setting up the voicemail box, managing phone numbers: many services may be retrieved faster and more efficiently at www.one.at. In the course of the biggest ONE service offensive the Internet presence has also been optimised. “Many of our customers coordinate their handset settings and services directly via the ONE portal, “says Marketing Director Christian Riener. “For this reason customer service on the Internet is really significant for us. Usability and above all transparency have played an important part in developing the internet.“

The customer service sector at www.one.at is accessed directly from the homepage. ONE business and private customers register once and manage their account information and settings in their personalised area. These personal services are certainly secured by a password.
