ONE brings Outlook to your mobile phone including push e-mail

Complete Outlook on your mobile phone including push e-mail now also for companies without their own Exchange Server / Cooperation with Microsoft and EUnet.

From March ONE offers Outlook on the mobile phone for companies without their own Exchange Servers in cooperation with Microsoft and the Internet provider EUnet. This product bundle comprises Hosted Exchange by EUnet, devices with a Windows Mobile interface including push e-mail, calendar and contacts as well as a data package. All components are activated via the ONE Worlds. The packages are available starting from one subscriber including a data volume of € 9.80 (excl VAT).

“Nowadays access to company data and e-mails any time, any place forms an integral part of flexible companies. To date this has, however, been reserved mainly to companies which have their own server infrastructure, “says Jørgen Bang-Jensen, CEO of ONE. With our Hosted Exchange solution, mobile working also becomes reality for small companies without having to make a big financial and technical effort.“

Microsoft ensures a stable and secure technical platform
“With this product bundle Microsoft Austria has created a new means of communication for small and medium-sized companies together with its partners ONE and EUnet. Microsoft ensures a stable and secure technical platform for this new offer with the Hosted Exchange 2003 especially available for internet service providers. Customer have mobile access to their Exchange inbox, their calendar, contacts and tasks any place“, explains Christian Maranitsch, member of the management team of Microsoft Austria.

Hosted Exchange via EUnet
The Hosted Exchange is effected via the internet provider EUnet. The customer rents one or more license(s) for the Exchange Server and pays a monthly fee. This solution causes neither hardware & integration costs nor maintenance efforts. IT know-how is not required either. "Our objective consists in offering products which offer best value for money. This also includes selecting the right partners – ONE and EUnet are companies which rank service supreme. Consequently our customers benefit twice, viz from excellent customer service and an attractive product" - says Alan Walton, CEO EUnet.

Attractive ONE service: activation and configuration via ONE Worlds
In this case the service provided by ONE is also unique: the complete bundle is activated in one of the 46 ONE Worlds. The customer gets the Windows mobile devices which have already been configured as well as the corresponding data package and can use this service immediately after activation.

The package solution offers all Exchange functionalities such as the familiar Outlook interface with calendar, contacts and now also push e-mail. It is particularly suitable for companies with up to ten employees. The monthly package price including data volume depends on the number of subscribers and starts from € 9.80 (excl. VAT) for one subscriber. Starting from five subscribers costs amount to € 8.40 Euro (excl. VAT) per connection.
