ONE: Most customer-friendly web SMS/MMS service

Most customer-friendly solution in all of Austria including telephone directory for individual contacts as well as distribution lists/ Every ONE customer has more than ten free text messages per month to all networks

As of 25 April ONE offers the most customer-friendly web text message/MMS tool of Austria at www.one.at with new, enhanced services. The focus of this new ONE solution has been placed on usability and choice among a range of services. ONE CCO Michael Fried: “The new web text message/MMS service at www.one.at is completely in line with what our customers want and provides every registered user with a unique ten free text messages per month to all Austrian networks.“

Telephone directory, picture service and much more
All customers registered at the ONE portal have a number of advantages with ONE web text message/MMS:
- Customers can send their text messages with up to 450 characters and MMS up to 2 MB conveniently via www.one.at .
- The telephone directory (with up to 5, 000 entries) forms an integral part and supports both individual contacts and distribution lists (with up to 25 recipients).
- Contacts may be both imported and exported from Outlook.
- The new solution can modify pictures of up to 2 MB from the PC to the ideal size for sending them via handset.
- ONE web text message is also in line with what customers want with regard to value for money and offers inexpensive packages instead of subscriptions:
Web text messages: SMS package 100 for 2 € (i.e. 2 cent per text message), SMS package 500 for 9 € (i.e. 1.8 cent per text message), individual billing: 6 cents to all Austrian networks, 10 cents internationally. Customers get five free MMS with each SMS
Web MMS: WebMMS package: MMS package 10 for 1.5 € (i.e. 15 cents per MMS), individual billing within the ONE network: 20 cents per MMS, to all other networks: 40 cents per MMS
