ONE: Christian Boldrino Head of Consumer Sales

Effective immediately Dr. Christian Boldrino (39), who has been Head of ONE Worlds since June 2005, is responsible for the complete ONE private customer sales, and consequently is the new Head of Consumer Sales. Boldrino has been with ONE since 1998 and as Head of Customer Care was responsible for the two ONE Call Centers in Vienna and Wiener Neustadt among other things.

With Christian Boldrino (39) ONE has appointed an employee who has been with ONE from the very beginning as Head of Consumer Sales. “Our dealers are our most important distribution channels and play a decisive role in ONE’s success“, Boldrino –who comes from Sales originally– appreciates the significance of channel partners. “In line with our motto „Less no more – gimme more“ we will also provide our dealers with more service to even better support them in their sales efforts. Plans have been made to launch incentive programmes for sales staff, road shows, seminar offers, optimise the POS presentation, just to name a few“, Boldrino informs of the measures to be launched in the coming weeks . I look forward to a good and successful cooperation.“

The sports psychology graduate started his career at ONE in July 1998 in Sales, where he was responsible for the rollout of the first 20 ONE Worlds . Then he switched to market operations, prior to becoming the Head of the ONE Call Center in 2000. Under his leadership the ONE Call Center, which employees about 250 agents, has become one of the best rated Call Centers in all of Austria.

The dedicated marathon runner and experienced judo instructor is divorced and has two sons.
