Since February responsible for Orange personnel issues
Since 1st of February 2009 Elisabeth Rettl (40) has been Head of the Orange Human Resources Department in charge of recruiting, personnel development, payroll as well as training.
Rettl will particularly focus on positioning Orange as an attractive employer both internally and externally. An important objective in this regard is promoting the personal development of employees and managers. Rettl can use her long-term experience gathered in different parts of the company for this new task.
The University of Economics and Business Administration graduate started her career in the area of conference management. In June 1998 she joined ONE, where she first worked as a product manager in the marketing department and then became departmental head responsible for mobile added values and the company portal for a couple of years. Following her maternity leave, Rettl, mother of a now 3-year-old daugther, has been responsible for distribution organisation projects since April 2006. In 2008 she took care of the project Change Management during the brand change from ONE to Orange as well as a project for improving the efficiency of Orange Shops.
