In the course of the strategic partnership with HP, announced by Orange internationally on February 16th 2009, Orange in Austria now continues the successful HP Mini-Notebook promotion.
In combination with the tariff scheme “Mobile Internet HP-Mini-Notebook“ for 29 Euro basic fee with a 15 GB data volume the HP 2140 including the E160 data stick costs 0 Euro.
Sabine Bauer, Orange CCO: “Since our brand mini notebooks were sold out within a few weeks at Christmas, we are launching a new Net&Book offer just in time for Easter.“
As a particular treat Orange waives the activation fee of 49.90 Euros for all Net&Book customers. The new Net&Book packages will be available in all Austrian Orange shops starting from April 3rd.

The tariff plan ideally suited to the Mini-Notebook offers 15 GB data volume for 29 euro basic fee/month. The standard 24-month terms of contract apply to the Net&Book package.
Once 6 GB of the 15 GB data volume have been used up, the speed of the mobile broadband is reduced to 128Bit/s. When customers have reached their data limit of 15 GB, they surf at the thrifty speed (up to a maximum of 56 Kbit/s) without any additional costs.
