Orange: Christian Nemeth new Head of Marketing

Christian Nemeth is the new Orange Head of Marketing in Austria. The 37-year-old is responsible for shaping the entire offer of the mobile communications company. He is being supported by a marketing team of 30 staff. His responsibilities range from developing tariff plans and offers for new and existing Orange customers, product development, cell phone portfolio to the web and the web shop.

Christian Nemeth joined Orange in 2006 after 5 years with Jet2Web and Telekom Austria. Prior to that the communications graduate gathered experience with the Internet Provider netway. His first two years at Orange he was responsible for private customer marketing before he took over the position of Head of Marketing. “My objective is to position Orange even more strongly as profitable and sustainable quality provider on the Austrian market,“ so Nemeth, who is looking forward to this demanding responsibility.

Nemeth, who comes originally from Burgenland likes to spend his spare time in the mountains – whether on skiing trips in winter or on steep climbing walls in summer time.
